Djibouti has deflagged US-sanctioned VLCC Young Yong which ran aground Indonesia on October 26. Once official letters are received from Russian insurance provider Ingosstrakh the blacklisted vessel and a further 10 US-sanctioned ships will be removed from their existing flags
