Low water levels to slow US bulk exports
With limited barge activity taking place, and uncertainty about when the situation will normalise, grain shippers are reported to be delaying deliveries until later in the year
In a blow to the bulker market, low water levels are hindering exports from the US Gulf just as the soyabean season peaks. Petroleum coke shipments are also expected to be curtailed in the coming weeks
