Iran opens Gulf of Oman oil terminal to bypass Strait of Hormuz
Iran has inaugurated a new export terminal at Jask port on the Gulf of Oman, allowing it to bypass the Strait of Hormuz shipping route
According to the sanctioned country, the new oil terminal is a strategic move to secure the continuation of oil exports. The export capacity of Jask export terminal at this stage is 300,000 barrels of crude oil
