In the tanker sector all eyes are on an anticipated OPEC+ output hike, but even that may not be enough to prevent the tanker recovery from slipping back into 2022. And the optimists are seeing a perfect rainbow forming over the dry bulk market, although the excitement doesn’t kick in until next year
