PIL restructuring gets court approval
The restructuring plan anchored on $600m of Heliconia equity investment still needs to meet certain conditions before it can proceed. It will see a reshuffling of PIL's board though executive chairman SS Teo is expected to retain his seat
PIL will be majority owned by Temasek-linked Heliconia Capital once its proposed restructuring is complete
