Maersk heads decarbonisation drive with new research centre

Coalitions and partnerships are currently exploring decarbonisation pathways and trialing pilot projects, but this new research centre will have a dedicated staff and about $60m to get it off the ground. The Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping will begin forming later this year and Maersk's chief executive believes it is a "quantum leap" for decarbonisation in shipping
