Southwestern US ports back to normal after coronavirus alert
Port of Los Angeles executive director Gene Seroka confirmed that his facility was operating all of its terminals on Thursday, and underlined the port’s current efforts to expedite medical supplies
Two dispatch halls had to be closed for cleaning and sanitising on Wednesday night, creating a labour shortage on the docks as workers could not be given their assignments. They reopened in time on Thursday for morning dispatches
