Coronavirus: Paris MOU relaxes rules as UK suspends port state control
The Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control responds to the coronavirus pandemic by temporarily relaxing rules on vessel and seafarer certification, handing member states discretion on whether to conduct hitherto obligatory inspections
