Greek owners hail ‘significant progress’ on sulphur cap issues
The results of last week’s MEPC 74 will not have pleased everybody but Greek shipowners, while still vexed on several issues, hail the overall outcome in terms of progress towards addressing the outstanding challenges. The IMO should be commended for prioritising safety and environmental protection above formal compliance and commercial considerations, their association says
