UK Club gains 5.4m gt in 2019 renewal round
The UK P&I Club saw its mutual owned tonnage rise by 5.4m gt to hit 144.3m gt when the 2019 renewal round closed on Wednesday, the marine mutual said in a statement. A further 3.3m has been committed at agreed rates
The three P&I clubs that have declared renewal round outcomes so far — UK, Gard and North — all say said their book has grown, in what most sources considered one of the quietest renewal rounds in recent years
