Scrubber-fitted ships will be in a minority by 2020

The number of ships with scrubbers installed will roughly triple next year compared to this year, but WoodMac still estimates fewer than 2,000 ships will have the systems by 2020

Supply of very low sulphur fuel oil will increase by 300,000 barrels per day between 2020-2024 while LNG use as marine fuel will only displace 100,000 bpd of oil-based products by 2020
