Hellenic Chamber backs IMO move to tackle sulphur cap safety issues
Shipping industry guidance and ‘preparation’ by owners will not be enough to adequately ensure safety when the industry is obliged to switch to low-sulphur fuels in 2020, the president of the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping has said.
