Paris MOU will not rule immediately on exemptions to data restrictions
The Paris Memorandum of Understanding of Port State Control, which represents 27 maritime authorities in Europe, will reconsider a controversial decision to cut off the supply of bulk data to third parties in May 2019. Until then however, only public organisations like the International Maritime Organization and Equasis will enjoy those privileges
