Tanker demand will rise if Iranian export gap can be filled
Tanker markets will benefit from an improved demand picture should Opec, the US and Russia be able to increase output to make up for the decline in Iranian crude exports. That is likely to fall further after the US re-implements sanctions in November
A large part of the VLCC fleet operated by NITC will be taken out of the market once the US sanctions are in place
