Noble agrees $100m trade financing facility
The commodities trader, which suffered a $5bn loss in 2017, secured an important vote of confidence from a group of shareholders who agreed to pour in $100m over three years in trade financing facilities. The deal comes shortly after the announcement of Goldilocks' support for Noble's restructuring plan earlier this week
The investor consortium will in exchange get bonds offered by Noble as part of its restructuring
