Cargill’s new grains terminal in Ukraine to aid long-haul trades

Export facility in Yuzhny, slated to be fully operational by year-end following a short delay, will be able to accommodate panamax vessels up to 100,000 dwt, creating opportunities for long-haul trades. But the country already has excess export capacity

The terminal will be operated by food giant Cargill, which has a 51% share in the project while local firm MV Cargo owns the remainder
