VLCC earnings fall below $10,000 per day with low Saudi exports worsening oversupply

While scrapping and refinery intake are picking up, general oversupply persists in VLCC markets as Middle Eastern exports stay low. The latest Saudi comments suggest the supply cut will likely last well into the latter part of 2018
