Cosco Busan owner to pay pilot’s legal costs
THE owner of the Cosco Busan has been made to reimburse $315,000 in legal costs incurred by Continental Insurance Co to defend John Cota, the pilot on board when the ship collided into the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge in November 2007, writes Rajesh Joshi in New York .
