Singapore box volumes start to pick up
SINGAPORE saw a resurgence in box volumes in January compared with a year earlier, but throughput was still down 14.5% compared with the peak month of July 2008, before the global finance crisis hit international trade, writes Keith Wallis in Hong Kong .
