Russia and Korea weigh up plan for cross-border railway
Officials from rail companies in South Korea, North Korea and Russia are likely to meet soon to discuss linking the Korean railway system with the Trans-Siberian Railway following last Thursday’s trial runs through the South and North Korean border, writes Keith Wallis in Hong Kong.
