Wall around the world: the US idea of passive nuclear security screening
A very interesting article in the March 12 edition of the New Yorker on the efforts of the Bush Administration to erect an in-depth system of passive nuclear screening in the United States and around the world — designed to screen virtually all inbound cargo for radioactive elements — put me to thinking.
