Capesize rates dragged up, but still lower than panamax
IT HAS soared. It has collapsed. It has moved sideways. But brokers said it was time for the capesize market to go bonkers last week after 180,000 dwt vessels were being fixed at rates a fraction of tonnage that was 4.5 times smaller, writes Keith Wallis in Hong Kong.
