Ferry operators forced to pass on fuel costs
SUPERFAST Ferries’ decision to axe its Rosyth-Zeebrugge route because of soaring fuel costs and poor passenger numbers comes just two days after DFDS Seaways cut one of its three UK routes, and 350 jobs, citing the same reasons, writes Craig Eason.
