DANGEROUS cargo case DG Harmony was back in the US appeal court last week, when the judge confirmed that the shipper had a duty to warn the carrier of dangerous cargo, but the carrier needed to prove that being given the warning would have prevented damage to the cargo, writes Sandra Speares.
