London’s reputation tested in Orient-Astillero row
LONDON’s reputation as a jurisdiction for marine arbitration will be tested when Orient Shipping Rotterdam appears before the Supreme Court in Buenos Aires in an attempt to force the Argentine shipyard Astillero Rio Santiago to honour an arbitration award made in London more than three years ago, writes Christopher Mayer.
