Seoul set to spurn single-hull tankers
SOUTH Korea, one of the world’s largest users of single-hull very large crude carriers, has given its strongest indication yet that it will increase the number of double-hull vessels it charters in the wake of last month’s Hebei Spirit oil spill, writes Michelle Wiese Bockmann.
