Seacor profit tumbles two thirds as idle fleet grows
THE number of vessels laid up by US offshore support operator Seacor Holdings climbed to 26 during the third quarter, as soft market conditions saw the company report one-third of the net profit it returned for the corresponding 2008 quarter, writes Rajesh Joshi .
