CYKH, Evergreen combine transatlantic services
THE members of the CYKH alliance and Evergreen Line are combining two existing services into a new transatlantic service. The new US east coast to north west Europe service will be launched next month and combines CYKH alliance members, K Line, Cosco Container Line, Yang Ming and Hanjin Shipping, transatlantic loop 1 service and Evergreen’s North Asia – US east coast European pendulum service. The lines will deploy four 2,400 teu capacity vessels on the service two provided by the alliance and two from Evergreen. The service will call at Antwerp, Bremerhaven, Rotterdam, Le Havre, New York, Norfolk and Charleston.
