BALTIC Container Terminal Riga is pressing ahead with expansion plans despite a drop in volumes this year. A 200 m quay extension, which will increase capacity from 600,000 teu to 1m teu, has been slightly put back but only for reasons of commercial detail, not because of the downturn, said BCT chairman Marin Hili.
