SLOVENIAN maritime administrators who halted an allegedly unseaworthy cargoship in the port of Koper at the start of this year are now being accused of heartless treatment of the profession after fining the vessel’s master when he refused to put to sea in the offending vessel, writes Nigel Lowry in Athens.
