Golar LNG Partners
Established by Golar LNG in 2007, the master limited partnership is an owner and operator of floating storage regasification units and liquefied natural gas carriers. It has a stated policy of fixing vessels on charter contracts that last for at least five years. The partnership’s principal executive headquarters is in Bermuda and principal administrative office in the UK. Golar LNG Partners is chaired by Tor Olav Trøim, seen by many as John Fedriksen’s former righthand man.
Golar LNG Partners reported net income attributable to unit holders of $28.4m for the second quarter of 2018, compared with $53.8m in the same period of 2017.
Total operating revenue fell to $84.2m from $136m.
The partnership declared a distribution for April-June of $0.5775 per unit for common and general partner unitholders.
