NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO MAKE A NON MATERIAL CHANGE TO THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT CONSENT ORDER:

The Hornsea Two Offshore Wind Farm Order 2016 (SI 2016: 844 as amended by SI 2016 No. 1104)

An application has been made by Optimus Wind Limited and Breesea Limited (“the Applicant”) to the Secretary of State to make a non-material amendment to the above-mentioned Development Consent Order (“DCO”). The application seeks to make changes to the DCO which are not material. The changes are: an amendment to paragraphs 3(1) and 3(2) of Part 1 (Authorised Development) of Schedule 1 (Authorised Project) in respect of Works Nos. 2A and 2B to reduce the permitted maximum number of offshore HVAC collector substations from 6 to 3; amendments to paragraph 2(4) of Part 3 (Requirements) of Schedule 1 (Authorised Project) to amend the maximum area of each HVAC collector substation platform by substituting the figure of 3,600 square metres with the figure of 6,300 square metres and to amend the maximum width of each HVAC collector substation platform by substituting the figure of 60 metres with the figure of 90 metres.
