NOTICE OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF NAVIGATION
Notice is hereby given that Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane,
Norwich, NR1 2DH, as the undertaker of the development, will be exercising the
powers conferred by Article 23 paragraph (2) of The Great Yarmouth Third River
Crossing Development Consent Order 2020 with the entire width of the river Yare
being closed to navigation within the Order limits for 72 hours from 08:00 on 18th
April 2023 until 08:00 on 21st April 2023.
This notice is published in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs (7)(a)
and (9) of Article 23 of the aforementioned Order.
