SHERIFF'S SALE VESSEL “EPIC WAJA” (IMO No.: 9559133) ADMIRALTY IN REM NO.: WA-27NCC-37-08/2022 By Virtue of Warrant of Arrest in Admiralty in Rem No.: WA-27NCC-37-08/2022
PARTICULARS OF VESSEL
Note: The net value of bunkers on board “EPIC WAJA” is excluded from the sale, and have to be paid by the purchaser. The amount payable is not negotiable.
Pursuant to the Order of Court dated 15th day November 2022, all interested parties are invited to tender for the purchase of the vessel by private treaty. The tenders should be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for “EPIC WAJA” and sent to the Plaintiff’s solicitors Messrs Skrine (for and on behalf of the Timbalan Pendaftar, Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur) of Unit No. 50-8-1, 8th Floor, Wisma UOA Damansara, 50 Jalan Dungun, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to reach them no later than 5.00pm (Malaysian time) on 21st day of April 2023. The vessel will be sold “as is where is" on the Sheriffs’ standard terms and conditions of sale. The Sheriffs’ Conditions of Sale, Information Memorandum and permit to inspect the said vessel may be obtained upon request to the Sheriff/ Messrs Skrine.
The Sheriff reserves the right not to accept the highest or any tender.
