SALE OF THE SHIP OR VESSEL “LIMIN ROSMINA” BY THE SHERIFF OF THE HIGH COURT OF MALAYA AT KUALA LUMPUR
ADMIRALTY IN REM NO.: WA-27NCC-1-01/2022
OFFERS ARE INVITED for the purchase of the ship or vessel “LIMIN ROSMINA” (IMO No: 9703186) of the port of Batam, Indonesia with all machinery, stores, equipment, spares, parts and everything on board belonging to her but excluding any equipment on hire and Bunkers strictly on an “as is where is” basis pursuant to a Court Order for Sale dated 13 September 2022 and The Sheriff’s Conditions of Sale, briefly described below. The Buyer shall take and pay for the unused Bunkers (if any) remaining on board of the Vessel in accordance with The Sheriff’s Conditions of Sale. The Vessel is presently lying in Malaysia.

Note: The net value of Bunkers on board the “LIMIN ROSMINA” is excluded from the sale and is to be paid by the Buyer. The amount payable for the Bunkers is not negotiable. The Sheriff and/or his representatives are not bound to accept the highest of or any Offer received.
Offers should be placed in a sealed envelope marked “TENDER FOR “LIMIN ROSMINA”” and sent to the Plaintiff’s solicitors, Messrs Rahmat Lim & Partners (for and on behalf of the Timbalan Pendaftar, Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur) of Suite 33.01, Level 33, The Gardens North Tower, Mid Valley City Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to reach no later than 5 p.m. Malaysian time on 7 February 2023.
