FOR VESSEL UNDER REAL-ESTATE PROCEDURES


The type, qualifications, valuation, and important features of the vessel are indicated below:

Share: 1/1 – Physical Status of the Vessel: The vessel under construction, Hull 037, is registered pertaining to the registry of the ship under-construction of Zonguldak Port Authority with the registration No.94. The vessel is located at the Gülüç Çengelburnu District Kdz. Ereğli /Zonguldak Shipyard. The completion ratio of the Hull 037 vessel is at the level of 50%. The vessel was manufactured with steel and double-walled for the purpose of transporting cargo. For transporting cargo, there are 5 cargo compartments, of which 4 are located inside the hold and above the hatch of the hold and of which 1 is located on the main deck of the engine block. It is observed that the doubled-wall areas, double bottom, engine room, accommodation space and hold bulkhead were completely painted and that the chemical properties of the paint were preserved except for the double bottom area and some tank bulkheads. No fracture, alveolation, or decomposition was observed within the vertical and horizontal welding seams of the hull. It is observed that twelve (12) hatch covers of the vessel were constructed but were not assembled on the vessel and such materials have been kept unpainted in open space of the shipyard. The inner spaces of the holds are unpainted, but the deep tanks and side tanks were partially painted. The container stabilization lashing was not fitted onto the inside of the holds, the top of the cover of the hold or on top of the main engine block. The assembly and welding of the steel equipment on the main deck, the bollards, hawse, blinds, ladder, grab rail, door, surge platforms, ventilation machines and hand rails were partially completed. It is observed that the partition process for the accommodation space has not been started, and the assembly of the windows above the bridge were fully completed, but the windows on other decks were partially completed, the steel equipment, such as companion, ventilation machines, outer doors, ladder pipes and channel passage, insulation nails, cableways were fully completed, and the lavatory/shower units remain unassembled on the floors. There are eighteen (18) ensar-branded wet cabins. The spanning of electric cables and the furnishing of the accommodation space have been started. The panels and insulation of the walls and ceilings is in the starting stage. It is observed that the crane for the free-fall emergency evacuation lifeboat was not assembled but the crane for service boat was installed. The engine room broadside was fully painted and insulated. The main switch-board, convector and remote-control console of the engine room were not assembled. The main engine lifeboat stays are not welded. The shaft sockets are not assembled. Some equipment in the engine room, like the Hidroser-branded hydrophore and electrical panels were assembled. The pipe fitting systems, including the blast circuit, the blast system pneumatic valve cycle and its components, the external fire vent tank, fathometer, overflow circuit, fresh and waste water systems and their connections in the accommodation units were nearly completed. It is observed that the engine room bilge, sea-water cooling, tinist circuit, the included fire and fuel tank heating loophole, entry and exit connections, main engine and accessories, and exhaust system of the vessel were assembled. It is observed that the doubled-wall tank, double bottom, engine room, accommodation space, the inside of and the covers of the hold, and the inner part and hold bulkhead sections of the head-stern bulwark were completely painted. The application of a top coat of paint up to the bilge knell level was completed for the deep coating area of the vessel. It is observed that twelve (12) hatch covers were manufactured and their assembly and painting on the vessel has started. The insides of the holds, deep tanks, and side tanks were painted. The stabilization and lashing of the containers has not been fixed to the inner holds. The holds were equipped, and the entrance hood stairs and ventilation blinds are currently painted. The stays of the container crane were painted and assembled, but the crane has not itself been assembled. The deck steel equipment items, including bollards, hawse, blinds, stairs, safety rails, doors, surge platforms, ventilation machines and hand rails were partially assembled. The bow and stern capstans, bollards, hawses, hydraulic rope capstans, and mooring equipment were painted and assembled. It is observed that partition process for the accommodation space has begun, and the windows on the bridge were installed. The outfitting of steel like the windows in the accommodation space, the hood, ventilation machines, doors, stairs, pipes and channel passages, insulation nails, and cableways is completed, and the lavatory/bath systems have been situated onto the floors and assembled. Electric cables were partially spanned, air-conditioning/ventilation systems were completed, and the accommodation space has been equipped. Panel insulation has been partially completed. The doors to the accommodation space have been installed. There are a total of eighteen (18) ensar-branded wet cabins and their installation has been completed. It is observed that the crane for the free-fall emergency evacuation lifeboat was assembled. Equipping of piping systems in the machine room and relevant equipment, the equipping process has been completed in the tanks, the panel insulation has been partially completed. The main engine stay plates are welded. Shaft sockets and steer sockets have been assembled. The Hidroser-branded hydrophore and electrical panels were observed in the engine room. Electric cables were generally partially completed. The pipe fitting systems, including the blast circuit, blast system pneumatic valve cycle and its components, external fire vent tank, fathometer, overflow circuit, accommodation fresh water and waste water systems and their connections have almost been completed. Auction Terms and Conditions
1- The bidding shall be conducted through an auction procedure. Offers can be submitted electronically through http://esatis.uyap.gov.tr twenty (20) days prior to the date of the first auction until the end of the last day before the auction. In this auction, bids are to be under the condition of surpassing 50% of the estimated value of the item and, if there are preferred creditors, of surpassing the total sales expenses of the creditors. Should no bidder be found in the first auction, offers will be able to be submitted electronically from the fifth day after the first auction until the end of the last day before the second auction. In this auction, the bid is to be to the most increased under the condition of surpassing 50% of the estimated value of the materials and, if there are preferred creditors, of surpassing the total sales expenses of the creditors. If no bidder arises in this way with a higher, the sales request shall fall.
2- Auction participants must provide a retainer of TRY in the amount of 20% of the estimated value or a bank letter of guarantee in this amount. The auction sale shall be paid in cash, and no more than ten (10) days shall be granted for the bidder upon the request of the bidder. Stamp tax, VAT, and ½ title deed fees shall be belong to the bidder. Brokerage fees and conveyance taxes are to be paid from the sales amount.
3- Creditors of mortgagees and other interested parties need to submit all documents related to their rights upon that real-estate and regarding, especially, interests and expenses to our execution office within fifteen (15) days; otherwise, they will be excluded unless their rights are fixed from the land registry.
4- If the sales amount shall not be received immediately or within the aforementioned time frame, the auction shall be cancelled as per Article 133 of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Code. All bidders and their guarantors who cause the auction to be cancelled by failing to properly deposit the sales amount will be responsible for the price difference between the last auction sales price and the sales price that they had made an offer, default interest, and other costs and expenditures. The aforementioned price differences and default interest shall be collected by the execution office without requiring the invocation of any law, and this difference, if available, will be collected primarily from the security deposit.
5- Should the sales announcement not be disclosed to the relevant parties, electronic or newspaper announcements will be considered as notification in its place.
6- The specification will be open starting on the announcement date to so that everyone can see it; and should any expense be sent, a sample can be sent to the interested party.
7- Any person attending the sale shall be deemed to have seen the specification and accepted the terms and conditions, and the application to our directorate of those looking for further information is to be announced with the Inst. dossier No. 2012/892. 19/12/2017
