Motor cargo vessel ‘LUCINA’

At the offices of Loyens & Loeff N.V. at Fred. Roeskestraat 100, 1076 ED Amsterdam (The Netherlands), on 14 December 2018 at 11:00 o’clock, at the request of the party attaching under a warrant of execution, Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, with its registered office in Nashville, Tennessee, choosing its address for service at the offices of R.H. Meppelink, civil-law notary in Amsterdam, Fred. Roeskestraat 100, the following will be sold publicly by Dutch auction pursuant to Section 570 of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure, before R.H. Meppelink, civil law notary practising in Amsterdam, will be sold in public:

         the motor vessel ’LUCINA’ (formerly called ‘WINONA’), registered in the Curaçao ship register under number 2014-C-2081 and IMO number 9255622, which is currently located at the port of call of Dutch Harbour at Griendweg 14, 3295 KV, 's-Gravendeel. The Ship is primarily constructed from steel in the year 2003 by Volharding Scheepsbouw in the Netherlands, having 7 decks and 2 masts, with a gross tonnage of 6,361 mT and a net tonnage of 3,099 mT, propelled by one propeller, powered by a diesel engine, of the type Mak/CAT 8M32C, motor number 38173, having an output of 3,840 kW (the Ship),

for the account of the legal person entitled to the Ship: Frieda Shipping B.V., with its registered office in Groningen; and the beneficial owner of the Ship: MPP Vessel II C.V., with its registered office in Groningen.

The sale will take place in accordance with the executory attachment of the Ship by Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation on 27 August 2018, with due observance of the first authenticated copy of a mortgage deed executed on 28 October 2014 before A.M.P. Eshuis, civil-law notary practising in Curaçao, and to recover the amounts owed to Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation by Frieda Shipping B.V. and MPP Vessel II C.V., both referred to above, as of 19 October 2018 by virtue (among other things) of the loan(s) / credit facilities provided, together with an amount of EUR 10,467,424.43, without prejudice to any further interest and fines already due or still to be due, as well as without prejudice to all relevant costs incurred and/or costs (auction costs) yet to be incurred.

The auction conditions, under which the Ship will be sold, can be requested from the auction notary. Inspection of the Ship is possible in consultation with the auction notary.

Before the auction, potential bidders must deposit a deposit of EUR 250,000 into the notary's clients’ account.
