AND APPOINTMENT OF REFEREE TO

DETERMINE CLAIMS AND REPORT TO COURT

TAKE NOTICE THAT on 22 January 2019 the above Court granted a final order:

1. That the mv “EMRE-T” (“the Vessel”) together with her equipment, furniture, stores, bunkers and lubricating oils be sold on the prescribed conditions by public auction.

2. That the proceeds of the sale shall constitute a Fund to be held by the Registrar to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the order.

3. That Advocate Darryl Cooke, 2nd Floor, Bank Chambers, corner Keerom and Bloem Streets, Cape Town, is appointed as Referee to receive, examine and report to the Court on the validity and ranking of claims in respect of the Fund, which claims must be filed with the Referee within 10 (ten) days of the date of sale or date that the sale is confirmed by this honourable Court, as applicable.

4.
