On Friday 30 March 2018 at 13:00 hours, by enforced sale in a session of the Court of Rotterdam, at Wilhelminaplein 100-125 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, the following sea-going motor vessel registered under Official No. SKN 1002970 with call-sign V4JJ3 and IMO number 9005326 in the Ships Registry of Saint Kitts & Nevis will be sold
(hereinafter: "the Vessel")
The sale will take place at the request of the public limited company M.S. AMLIN MARINE N.V., having its registered office in Rotterdam (the Netherlands), Ivan SUKHANOV, residing at Petrozavodsk (Russia), Nikolay TARANENKO, residing at Archangelsk (Russia), Anatolii ZAPOROZHETC, residing at Patrakeevka, Archangelsk (Russia), Alexander BYAKOV, residing at Kalach-on-Don, Wolgograd (Russia), Aleksandr MARCHUK, residing at Archangelsk, (Russia), Mamirzhan NAZAROV, residing at Tallinn (Estonia) as well as Alexander MANAKOV, residing at Archangelsk (Russia) (hereinafter together: "Creditors").
Creditors have in this matter chosen domicile in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, at Schiedamsedijk 46 at the offices of Wybenga|advocaten, of which offices attorney-at-law Mr. P.F. Slob acts as the counsel of Creditors.
The owner of the Vessel is Prestige Cargo Maritime Company Ltd., with offices in Valletta, the Republic Malta at (VLT 1102) 18/2 South Street, without any known office or residence in the Netherlands.
The sale will take place by virtue of the engrossment of a judgment in interlocutory proceedings of the Court of Rotterdam, dated 20 February 2018. The enforced sale takes place for the recovery of EUR 36,294.29 (to be increased with statutory interest) for outstanding wages c.a. as well as EUR 4,128.68 (to be increased with statutory interest) for legal costs, without prejudice to further principal sums, interest and costs, owed by the owner to Creditors.
Technical data of the Vessel: Sea-going vessel, type general cargo, built in 1991, in Sliedrecht, the Netherlands on the yard of Lanser B.V. - one deck - length 108.99 m - extreme breadth 16.50 m - maximum draught 8.10 m – 4.059 tons gross register – 1.853 tons net register - propulsion by a MaK diesel engine with a capacity of 4.000 kW.
This description is provided without guaranteeing the correctness or completeness hereof. The Vessel is presently anchored at the Waalhaven, Rotterdam. Inspection of the Vessel can only take place after prior permission of the Attorneys of Creditors. Inspections are conducted for the inspector’s own account and risk. The Creditors nor their Attorneys are liable for any damage that may be caused during or in connection with the inspection. The Vessel will be sold "as is where is".
The Vessel will be sold to the highest bidder in the Dutch auction. The conditions of sale have been filed at the office of the clerk of the Court of Rotterdam.
