TAKE NOTICE THAT on 29 MARCH 2019 an Order was granted by the above Honourable Court as follows:

1.That, subject to confirmation to the Court in due course that the provisions ofTurkish law relating to the free transfer and deregistration of the MT “EMRE-T”(“the Vessel”), it, together with her equipment, furniture, stores, bunkers andlubricating oils be sold by private treaty to MUSTAFA OKANOGULLARIGEMICILIK SAN. VE TIC A.S. for the sum of USD700,000 (United States DollarsSeven Hundred Thousand) on the terms set out hereunder

2. That the proceeds of the sale shall constitute a Fund to be held by the Registrar to
be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the order.

3. That Advocate Darryl Cooke, 2nd Floor, Bank Chambers, corner Keerom and
Bloem Streets, Cape Town, is appointed as Referee to receive, examine and report
to the Court on the validity and ranking of claims in respect of the Fund, which
claims must be filed with the Referee within 15 (fifteen) days of notification from
the Referee to known creditors or interested parties of the delivery of the Vessel to
the buyer (such notice to be given within 2 (two) days of such delivery).
