LPG Tanker "OTHONI"
On Friday 25 February 2022 at 09:30 hours CET, the seagoing LPG tanker sailing under the flag of Greece "Othoni" will be sold in auction before the court in Rotterdam, Wilhelminaplein 100-125 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, at the request of SKANDINAVISKA ENSKILDA BANKEN AB, with its registered office and principal place of business in Stockholm, Sweden, CITIBANK NA, LONDON BRANCH, with its registered office in New York United States of America, also having its registered office in London, England, UNICREDIT BANK AG, having its registered office and principal place of business in Munich, Germany, BNP PARIBAS, having its registered office and principal place of business in Paris, France, and NIBC BANK NV, with its registered office and principal place of business in The Hague, (jointly: "Enforcing Creditors"). The Enforcing Creditors have chosen domicile at Veerhaven 17 in Rotterdam, at the offices of Ten Holter Noordam advocaten.
The details of the vessel are as follows: year of construction 2015, Hyundai Mipo Dockyard Co. Ltd.; type: 12,000 m3 Class LEG Carrier; length 147.06 m, breadth 22.60 m and depth 12.60 m; engine: Hyundai B&W 6S46ME-B8.3 6430KWx125 RPM. Further data: 13,794 GT, 15,028 MT DWT, call sign: SVCH4 and IMO no: 9711494.
The sale will be against OTHONI SPECIAL MARITIME ENTERPRISE, with its registered office and principal place of business at 62 Iroon Polytechneiou Avenue, 18535 Piraeus, Greece, owner of the aforementioned vessel.
The vessel can be inspected as from Monday 31 January 2022 after prior written agreement with the lawyers of the Enforcing Creditors. The vessel will be sold in the condition in which and where it will be at the time of the sale. The vessel is currently located at the 7the Petroleum harbor, Rotterdam.
The sale takes place pursuant to a mortgage deed under Greek law dated July 29, 2015 as amended by deed dated August 3, 2018 and an Annex II Declaration within the meaning of the EEX Regulation dated 25 November 2021, for recovery of an amount of USD 117,366,664.92 plus (default)interest since October 29, 2021 and without prejudice to further sums, interest and costs. The sale will take place by up- and down bidding. The auction conditions are filed with the registry of the Court of Rotterdam.
The Enforcing Creditors are considering requesting the court to allow the vessel to be sold privately within the meaning of art. 548 Dutch Code of Civil Procedure at the same date and time that the judicial sale is planned.
