Any loss or damage caused in connection with Storm “Emma” striking Holyhead Marina on 1 and 2 March 2018

 

Notice is hereby given to:

 

All persons claiming and / or being entitled to make a claim by reason of or resulting from or in connection with any loss or damage caused to any property as a result of Storm “Emma” striking Holyhead Marina on 1 and 2 March 2018.

 

A General Limitation Decree was made on 14 January 2022 in an Admiralty Action in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales (Claim No: AD-2019-000134) on the application of Holyhead Marina Ltd, limiting its liability for claims of a type which fall within the 1976 Convention of Liability for Maritime Claims to 500,000 Special Drawing Rights.

 

Any application to set aside the General Limitation Decree must be made within 84 days of the General Limitation Decree being made, on or before 8 April 2022.

 

Any claims of a type which fall within the 1976 Convention on Liability for Maritime Claims must be made in this Admiralty Action within 84 days of the date of this notice, on or before 18 April 2022.

 

All applications and claims are to be filed with the Admiralty and Commercial Registry and Listing Offices at 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL quoting the Court claim number AD-2019-000134. Copies must also be sent to Holyhead Marina Ltd’s solicitors referred to below.
