EXPERT REPORT INFORMATION: The boat is at sea in Netsel Marina in boarding condition. In general, it has been observed that it is a very well-maintained and equipped boat. It has been seen that the name of the boat is written in chrome letters both in the rear mirror and on the port and starboard boards on the front side. It is a Gullet-style wooden boat with ketch crest, that is, 2 aluminum poles, 3 guests, 1 master and 2 staff cabins. All the cabins have air conditioning, electric toilets and showers. (shower-wc part of the staff cabins is common)


  • 1-BROADSIDE, UPPER BUILDING, CARINA AND HANDRAILS: Broadside paint is navy blue and in good condition. The upper building is white and in good condition. The varnished parts of the boat are in good condition. The captain of the boat said the varnishes were repaired this year. Due to the fact that the boat has been at sea for 3 years, we think that the parts under the water line need toxic paint and maintenance. However, as a result of my internal examination, it was seen that there was no structural problem in the wooden outer lining of the boat.
  • 2-DECK: The deck lining is made of original Burmese teak material. It has been observed that the mastic material used in seams needs local repairs. However, the deck lining is generally in good condition. Handrails, chrome push-pits, davits, upper building perimeter, hall entrance door, chrome bollards on the deck, chocks, roller hawses and other chrome accessories are in pretty good condition.The table on the stern side and the table on the head with the seating group are in good condition. Its varnishes are new and its chrome feet are in good condition.
  • 3-POLES AND SAILING EQUIPMENT: There are 2 aluminum poles in the boat. It has been observed that there are swelling in some parts of the paints of the poles. Sailing and rigging equipment on poles are complete and in good condition. All rigging is chromium and in pretty good condition. There are 7 electric cranes for use when mooring the boat to land and for sailing purposes.

    INTERIOR PARTS: After entering the entrance door of the chrome sliding hall, there is a sitting group and table on the port stern side of the hall. There is a highly equipped steering area towards the head of the seating group. The front of the bar leads down to the kitchen with the steps. The kitchen tools are listed below. Staff cabins and engine room entrance are located at the stern of the kitchen section. The engine room is quite tidy. The equipment fittings in the engine room are listed below. Again, from the middle of the hall, steps are taken down and a total of 3 guests and 1 master cabin is accessed. All cabins have electric toilets and showers. There are a total of 9 air conditioners in the living rooms, kitchens and cabins. The interior furnishings and varnishes are in good condition. The boat is always ready and equipped to accommodate guests.

    Sales terms :

  • 1-The tender shall be held by auction. Bids can be submitted electronically from esatis.uyap.gov.tr address twenty days before the first bid until the end of the day before the bid date. In this increase, the tender shall be awarded provided that it exceeds 50% of the estimated value and, if there are pre-emptive creditors, the total receivables and sales

expenses.  If there is no bidder in the first bid, bids may be submitted electronically from the fifth day after the first bid until the end of the day before the second bid day. In this increase, the tender is awarded to the highest bidder, provided that the goods exceed 50% of the estimated value, the total receivables and sales expenses, if there are pre-emptive creditors. If the buyer does not come out with such an excess price, the sales demand will decrease.

  • 2-Participants in the increase must provide 20% of the estimated value of the capital or a bank letter of guarantee equal to this amount.     Due to the pandemic, risk-free ones with HES code will be taken to the sales hall. Customers are required to obtain HES code. The sale is in cash, a period not exceeding (10) days may be granted at the buyer's request. Stamp duty, VAT, 1/2 title deed fee and delivery costs shall be borne by the buyer. Brokerage Fee, taxes arising from the same of the immovable property are paid at the sales price. (The creditors whose receivables are pledged have pre-emptive rights over the sales amount. The duties and taxes required to be taken from the goods and real properties exempted from government offers such as customs duties and real properties tax come after pledged receivables.)

  • 3-Mortgagee creditors and other interested parties (*) must declare their rights on this property to our office within (15) days with supporting documents, in particular their claims regarding interest and expenses; otherwise, their rights shall be excluded from sharing unless they are fixed with the land registry.
  • 4-If the sale price is not paid immediately or within the given time limit, the tender shall be terminated in accordance with Article 133 of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. All buyers and guarantors who participated in the tender and then caused the termination of the tender by not paying the tender price shall be jointly and severally liable for the difference between the price they offered and the final tender price and other damages as well as default interest. Tender difference and default interest shall also be collected by our office without prejudice to the provision, this difference shall be taken from the security deposit, if any.
  • 5-The specification is open in the office for everyone to see from the date of announcement and if the expense is given, a sample can be sent to the requesting buyer.

    Pursuant to Article 1385/2 of TCC (Turkish Commercial Code), the ship shall be sold free from all in-kind and personal rights, burdens and limitations, except those borne by the buyer with the consent of the mortgagee.

    Article 127 of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law to replace the notice of sale published in newspaper and electronic environment.

  • 6-Participants of the sale will be deemed to have seen the specification and accepted its content, (Those who want to see the ship that has been decided to be sold can be seen with the company of our directorate provided that the expense is paid up to 1 day before the sale.
