Djibouti ordered to pay DP World $385m in compensation
London tribunal orders East African country to pay damages for breaching exclusivity rights of DP World’s Dolareh Container Terminal venture. The ruling states that Djibouti must be bound by its 2006 concession, which prohibits the development of container operations in the territory without DCT’s consent
Djibouti will also be forced to pay interest and legal fees in addition to damages as a result of the ruling
