Navios tanker duo complete merger

Navios Group is citing ‘a number of benefits’ from the merger of its two tanker outfits, which sees the Navios Midstream fleet of six very large crude carriers joining Navios Acquisition’s fleet which, prior to the transaction, numbered 35 tankers.
