Webinar: Cyber Security in an Era of Opportunity
Cyber security has leapt to the top of the agenda for maritime businesses this year after the WannaCry and – even closer to home – the Petya or NotPetya attacks
t is now recognised that every business that has started on the journey towards digitalisation is vulnerable to external threats.
This Informa Maritime Intelligence webinar, sponsored by global law firm Ince & Co, will assess the current cyber security position, focusing on what senior executives can do to mitigate the risk of attack, how to change the corporate mindset on cyber security, and where to look for strategic partners to help guide maritime businesses through the cyber minefield.
Richard Clayton: “Cyber security is at the very top of any list of risk management strategies for ship owners, however few owners can claim to have the right people in place with the right culture, let alone the right software tools. This event will enable Ince to identify the scope of the problem, offer solutions, and raise awareness of wider risk management expertise that links in to cyber security.”
