Euroseas launches EuroDry to spin off bulker fleet
Greece-based owner of bulk carriers and feeder containerships Euroseas is making good its promise to separate the two lines of business in a bid to get better appreciation from the capital market. While it has already filed a registration statement for newly formed spin-off EuroDry, there was no immediate word on the fate of merger talks concerning the containership fleet, which looks set to remain under the Euroseas banner.
