Britain to tighten rules on the provision of insurance for ships carrying Russian crude and products as part of wider western efforts to penalise the Kremlin for ongoing situation in Ukraine
The UK will outlaw cover for crude from December and products from February. The move duplicates a set of EU sanctions that British-based clubs were already set to follow
