Venezuelan patrol boat case upholds prohibition on injunctions against states
High Court in London ruled that a $448m claim for the sinking of a Venezuelan patrol boat should go to arbitration. But judge also made clear English courts are reluctant to allow injunctions to be pursued against nation states
