Ports group says elevated UK traffic ‘not a return to normality’
UK and global trade are still undergoing significant volatility and ports will continue to face challenges at least into the second quarter of 2022, according to the British Ports Association
UK port traffic rose by 13% in the second quarter of 2021 year on year. However, the British Ports Association does not read the increase as a return to normality from the pandemic
